Mavera Palaces is a project with residential and commercial functions on a total area of 12.000 m² in Başakşehir with a construction area of 34.000 m².

It consists of 3 residential blocks located in 2 different types of residence blocks. There are 250 residences. It is aimed to offer a new destination that will support social life in the designed housing blocks. During the project development process, the architectural concept and construction project has been drawn. System projects and point details of the whole project have been developed by ensuring with interdisciplinery coordinations. In addition to the construction project, technical specification requirements were provided, and support for tender documentations and quantityscheduled projects were provided.
