The Hoşdere Project is a residential project with a construction area of 25.000 m² located on a 9.000 m² land area in Başakşehir.

It consists of 3 residential blocks located in 7 different types of residence blocks. There are 60 residences in 5 different housing types in total. For the Hoşdere project, besides the architectural concept project drawings, the architectural construction project and application projects were drawn. System projects and details projects were produced by ensuring with interdisciplinery coordinations. In addition to the drawing process, technical specification requirements were provided, and support for tender documentations and quantity scheduled projects were provided.
