Fikirtepe Project is a residential project with 130.000 m² construction area located on 20.000 m² land area in Fikirtepe, Kadıköy.

It consists of 4 housing blocks located in 4 different types of residence blocks. There are 950 residences in 20 different housing types in total. For the Fikirtepe project, besides the architectural design development and concept project drawings, the architectural construction project and the application project were drawn. System projects and details  were produced by ensuring with interdisciplinery coordinations. In addition to the drawing process, technical specification requirements were provided, and support for tender documentations and quantity scheduled projects were provided.
