Bursa Mixed Use is an architectural project with residential and commercial functions, on a land area of 35.000 m², with a construction area of 120.000 m².  

 

The architectural concept project was completed in 2014. It consists of 6 housing blocks located in 3 different types of residence blocks. There are 350 housing units in total.
