Biga Konakları is a residential project with a construction area of ​​23.000 m² located on a 4.000 m² land in Çanakkale Biga.

It consists of 9 residential blocks designed as 4 different types of residence blocks. There are 13 different types of housing in the project with 130 flats in total. In addition to the architectural concept project drawings, the architectural application project and the planning application project drawings to support the construction process were also delivered. During the project development process, system projects and details were developed by ensuring interdisciplinary coordinations. In addition to the architectural construction project, technical specification requirements were provided, and support for tender documentations and quantity schedule projects were provided.
